Blue Label Hatchery Feed

Grades I, II, III & IV
Graduated, uniformly sized, synthetic larval diet from 30 - 450 microns.

M and M Suppliers, using the latest developments in nutrition research, have assembled together a BLUE LABEL line of larval feeds. BLUE LABEL is superb as a partial or complete replacement of live feeds in developmental diets. Each formula allows hatchery managers to optimize production with high quality, vitamin stabilized supplements. The easy-to-dispense format provides consistent, high yields.

BLUE LABEL's hydrostability in both marine and freshwater environments also ensures maximum availability of nutrients to target species.

Each formulation provides an excellent HUFA profile, rich in -3 fatty acids for elevated vitality and productivity.

To preserve quality and freshness after opening, reseal with the supplied cap and store in a cool, dark area out of direct light. Always store BLUE LABEL hatchery feed away from sources of heat.

Product Applications:

SIZE Grade I- 30-50m particle size. Formulated for the Z1 to M2 stages of larval development. Provides exceptional results when used as a partial supplement with regular rotifer/microalgal diet.

SIZE Grade II- 50-150 m particle size. Formulated for the M2 thorough PL3 stages , and finfish fry. Allows for easy transition between Mysid and Post larval stages. Superb results when used in conjunction with M and M Artemia as a supplemental feed.

SIZE Grade III- 150-250 m particle size. Formulated for the PL1-PL6 stages of larval growth and finfish fry development.. High growth rates and lower mortalities when used as a supplement to a regular diet of M and M Artemia.

SIZE Grade IV- 250-450 m particle size. Formulated for the late PL stages for maturing larvae and finfish fry. Increases yields and survivability when combined with a supplemental diet of M and M Artemia.

M&M Supremo Blue Label shrimp feed incorporate the latest advances in shrimp nutrition and milling technology. All diet formulations include high levels of marine protein, balanced with other animal protein to provide an amino acid pattern similar in composition to shrimp nutrition in natural environment. Vitamin and mineral supplements, attractants, preservatives, and stabilizers are added in amounts appropriate for intensive culture while taking into consideration the objective of attaining the highest growth curves in the most cost-effective manner possible. ARTIFICIAL PLANKTON

Formula is a stable, high-nutrition diet for partial replacement of live feed in the larval stages of the culture cycle. An ideal synthetic diet for the late zoeal, mysid and post larval stages of finfish and shrimp. Microencapsulated. Highly digestible. Packing: 500 gram cans, case of 12.

HEADSTART and PLSTART

HEADSTART - - The zoea stage in larval development is often sensitive to stress, pathogenic bacteria, and diet deficiencies which often result in mass mortalities. Use of Headstart in larval feeding can help prevent most mortalities in the zoea stage, strengthen the animal's response to stress, and increase overall survival ratios. Because Headstart is hydrolyzed (partially digested without destroying the natural enzymes), its nutritional quality remains complete and fully available, digestible and beneficial to animals at this stage of development.
As a Larval Feed for the Zoea Stage of Shrimp and Fish, Headstart is nutritional and contains high levels of protein, HUFA, vitamins, minerals, carotenoids and enzymes: all necessary for growth, digestion and utilization of dietary nutrients, strength and survival.

Packing: Headstart comes in a case of 12 x 1 quart case, 4 x 1 gallon case or 5 gallon sizes.

MEGATRACT

A Pellet Feed Attractant and Diet Enrichment Ingredient. Megatract is a strong attractant and is particularly useful in enhancing the flavor of feeds, especially medicated diets. Its strong flavor attracts stressed and diseased animals into feeding, and hence, it becomes a powerful tool for the delivery of medication and nutrition. Megatract further enhances the fatty acid and protein contents of feed, and complements pigment, vitamin and mineral levels. Packaging: 1 gallon, 4 x 1 gallon case, 5 gallon or 55 gallon drums.

SPIRULINA

Essential. Spirulina's high protein content makes it an excellent feed or feed additive in addition to a complete profile of essential amino acids. Offered as a spray-dried powder in both Regular [8-10 micron diameter x 50-100 microns] and Microfine [8-10 micron diameter x 20 microns] particle sizes or in flakes. Packaging: Flakes; 500 g cans, case of 6.

(PDP) KRILL Freeze dried Euphausia pacifica. Harvested from the North Pacific. All the essential proteins and fatty-acids are present. M & M takes great care to lock in the carotenoids which greatly enhances the coloration of fish. Krill can be fed directly, either whole or ground, to fish or shrimp or added to your feed formulations for enhanced feeding. Krill (PDP) is available in Whole, Flakes or Powder forms. BRINE SHRIMP FLAKES are a proven nutritious supplement for shrimp and finfish fry. These flakes are manufactured to a fine grind, at a size range of 75-150 microns, allowing for easy ingestion. Excellent hydrostability and remains intact for hours in the hatchery tank without fouling.

F MEDIA ALGAL CULTURE SALTS

A synthetic seawater medium formulated for the culture of algae in laboratory conditions. The formula contains macronutrients such as nitrate and phosphate, as well as, silicate when used in the culture of diatoms. Three formulas,

PLANKTON CULTURING MEDIA (PCM)
The PCM is a potent formulation of synthetic seawater medium to enhance and hasten plankton blooms in shrimp grow-out ponds. The formula contains macronutrients such as nitrate and phosphate, as well as, silicate when used in the culture of diatoms.

The formula also contains micronutrients such as ferric chloride, chelated EDTA, and trace elements. Micronutrient ingredients include thiamine, biotin, and cyanocobalamine.

Benefits:
- concentrated formula hastens plankton growth at the shortest time
- macronutrients and micronutrients are specific for plankton reproduction
- promotes plankton growth and environmental stability for better survival rates

Application:
Plankton Enhancement: For each hectare of pond, apply 3kgs of PCM per week. Using a boat, slowly distribute the dose to at least one thrid of the pond.
Repeat weekly until desired effect.
Planton Crash: Use as above at double-dose of 6kgs of PCM for the initial application. Repeat weekly at 3kgs of PCM per hectare until desired bloom is achieved.

WATER TREATMENT

SERENE BLUE(tm) is a professional colorant for lakes and ponds. It brings the natural, attractive color back to lakes and ponds. Perfect for use in Aquaculture ponds, lakes, fountains, etc. It is easy to use and is harmless to fish, shrimp, and wildlife. Serene Blue(tm) is available in a liquid concentrate or in water soluble packets. Works in either Fresh or Salt water.
Packaging: Serene Blue(tm) Dry comes in a case of 24 water soluble packets.
Serene Blue(tm) Liquid comes in 1 gallon bottles and in 4x1 gallon cases.

ENVI-RESTORER is a customized bacteria combination designed to control waste build-up in ponds and other bodies of water. The formula consists of naturally occurring bacteria with known capabilities of degrading waste matter and reducing ammonia levels through natural oxidation. Each lot contains a powerful mixture of bacteria.

Available in both a liquid and dry formulation.
Packaging: DRY in 1kg foil bag, 10kg, 25 kg, 50kg containers.

POND-RESTORER Enzyme Digestant for Shrimp Culture

Pond Restorer Formula is a customized enzyme digestant designed specifically for application in High Density shrimp culture. This designer formula is intended to enhance the benefits of bacteria applications in pond culture, and accelerate the breakdown to waste material. The application of this formula allows for faster replication of beneficial bacteria populations which are instrumental in maintaining environmental balance in the culture of shrimp. Application: Hatchery: Apply at the rate of 0.4 – 1.0 ppm of total water volume. Mix measured dose with clean water at a ratio of at least 10:1. Broadcast or apply diluted mixture to culture tank or biofilter tank. Repeat application with every stage of shrimp development. Maintain constant aeration and monitor oxygen levels carefully within 24 hours of application. Grow-out operations: In a large pail, mix 1 liter of Pond Restorer Formula with 10 gallons of clean water. Using a sprayer or similar equipment, broadcast this diluted mixture evenly throughout the pond. This mixture should cover one hectare of pond with a depth of 1 meter. Repeat every 7 days until harvest. Maintain constant aeration and monitor oxygen levels carefully within 24 hours of application. Adjust dosage accordingly, depending on animal density in each pond. Maintain oxygen levels.
